You agree that Turbine shall have no liability whatsoever for any acts, omissions, calls, texts, or representations made by matched third-party partners. Any insurance policy discussion, quote, or consultation is conducted solely and independently by licensed insurance professionals or agencies to whom your inquiry is directed.

3. Accuracy of User Information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TURBINE GROWTH MARKETING LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR COMMUNICATIONS WITH MATCHED THIRD-PARTY AGENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL TURBINE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED $100.00 USD.
